Regulations
§1 Introduction
1. These Regulations lay down rules for the participation in Sexfotka.pl website.
§2 Services
1. Conditions of Use Sexfotka.pl is free and voluntary, the only requirement for participation is registration by giving the nick (nickname) and your e-mail address to which the registration will be sent a password/key activation.
§3 Users
1. Service user can be any natural person who has completed 18 years after the approval of the regulations, will implement a procedure for registering on the site effectively ended the foundation account.
2. Register and add pictures may be individuals, both Polish and foreign, on his own responsibility.
3. By using this site, you declare that you have read these rules and agree to comply with it.
4. By participating in this site, you agree to:
a) collection, processing, storage, consolidation, share, and delete their data by administrators to the extent necessary for the proper functioning of the site;
b) free publication and presentation of their images unlimited number of persons;
5. You may at any time add, change or delete your photos.
6. You may at any time supplement, amend or delete your data submitted during the signing up.
7. Both the user profile pages as well as in other parts of the Site are prohibited from affixing content generally regarded as vulgar or offensive.
8. By participating in this site, you agree to:
a) compliance with these Regulations;
b) respect for the rights of other users.
9. It is forbidden the opening of accounts in order to advertise products or services, for example, other websites or phishing phone recharging.
10. One person may have only one account.
§4 Administrators
1. Administrators can refuse to publish or remove images from the server without specifying the reasons the photo that doesn't meet the conditions specified in §3.
2. For the same reasons, administrators have the right to lock, or delete a user account as a result of actions detrimental to the principles set out in this Regulation. Expiry of the deadline set is usually blocked for 48 hours from the foundation, are also used perpetual blockade.
3. Administrators are not required to inform the user to block or remove user account.
4. Since the decision to refuse registration of the user, delete or lock a user account is not entitled to appeal.
§5 Deleting pictures
1. Photo may be removed by the administrator if:
a) is contrary to these regulations, copyright and other laws in force in Poland;
b) contains the content of inciting violence, hatred or intolerance;
c) contain offensive content to the users of the gallery or other persons;
d) represents a person other than the owner of profile;
e) violates the rights of third parties;
2. The administrator can also assist with additional criteria to remove images.
3. Since the removal of images doesn't appeal.
§6 Comments
1. Available to users has been given opportunity to comment on other members' profiles, send private messages, and typing on the forum. Commenting on sending a private message, or by writing to the forum you are obliged to respect the rules of good manners and netiquette, and in particular to:
a) writing by the principles of correct Polish;
b) express their views if they don't conflict with the Polish law, netiquette, or these regulations;
c) responsibility for the content and form of their expression.
2. Comments and messages deemed vindictive, revenge, or considered to be contrary to the principles contained in these rules may be deleted by administrators Sexfotka.pl, and you are held liable.
3. Comments can't contain offensive content or acting to the detriment of third parties.
§7 limitation of Liability
1. Administrators are not liable for infringement by users of copyright or other rights of third parties.
2. Administrators are not responsible for unauthorized modification of data users by a third party using a password of the user.
3. Administrators are not responsible for any damage to property suffered by the user, arising out of participation in the service.
§8 Account Cancellation
1. If you cancel your account information and pictures you will be permanently removed from the servers.
2. Ip address and e-mail account from which you assume are logged.
§9 Changes to Regulations
1. Sexfotka.pl administrators reserve the right to change these regulations, but any change shall undertake to notify users.
